Duration: 60 min.
A vinyasa style yoga class with an emphasis on breath, flow of movement, creativity and alignment. Classes are music driven and played out in an inventive and intelligent sequence. Advanced poses can occur, but remember that every advanced pose has a baby sister that is less advanced.
☽ Awakened Flow Express ☾
Duration: 30 min.
Short on time? Back back to your breath and work the entire body in just 30 min. These classes are great for a midday reboot or afternoon snack as they are a boost of energy. The Awakened Flow Express is for busy parents, workaholics, and people who needs a straight shot of vinyasa to shake up that body and and awaken the mind.
☽ Awakened Slow Flow ☾
Duration: 60 min.
Nourish your body and connect deeply to your breath in this gentle, slow flow class where we focus on softening and opening as opposed to building strength and stamina. Recommended for early morning or late evening practice.
☽ Awakened Mind ☾
Duration: 20 min.
Clear and refocus the mind in these guided meditation classes that include guided pranayama practice and light stretching to begin with.
☽ Awakened Office ☾
Duration: 15 min.
Reboot your office body by releasing work-related tension. Come as you are - no change of clothes needed. All you need is a chair and the willingness to show up.

Duration: 90 min.
A deep self-inquiry and exploration mixed with nerdy yoga technic. In class we explore the asana practice through the lens of an alignment-based breath-filled vinyasa style yoga.
