SURYA NAMASKER 30 MIN. PRACTICES

Practice: Surya Namaskar A

Step on the mat and practice what you learnt in the alignment classes. The Surya Namaskar practice is the most practiced and popular of the three sequences. We start out slow to set the pace for an effortless flow where we glide from pose-to-pose and start to surf our own breath.

 

Practice: Surya Namaskar B

The most challenging of the three Surya Namaskar sequences, requiring lots of strength and endurance as we flow through a warrior I sequence with transitions that requires a lot of your breath. Remember to modify is you feel depleted - this sequence is suppose to invigorate you and make you feel alive and energize.

 

Practice: Surya Namaskar C

Awaken your body and embrace the sun energy as you move through a gentle Surya Namaskar C sequence going to the knee with lots delicious of backbends to energize and awaken your lifeforce. Connect to your breath and feel the flow.
