I am totally in love with these Moroccan made yoga bolster from MoiTu Studio inspired by the famous Beni Quarain rug. Yoga bolsters are a must for an all around home practice. I use my yoga bolsters for a much needed restorative or supported practice. I especially like a supported shavasana end of practice or a heart opening pose in the beginning of my practice. The uses are plenty and with this beautiful bolster you can also leave it out in the coach and use it as a regular pillow.

Each pillow has an inner zip cover and filled with organic buckwheat chaff. Thanks to this sturdy filling of organic buckwheat chaff, they regulate moisture and provide good support to your spine. These meditation cushions have a handle and a zipper closure. The outer cover is removable. With a simple action (by removing or filling chaff), you can adjust your yoga pillow to your needs.
