Practicing 108 Sun Salutation is an ancient ritual performed to mark the change of seasons. Be prepared to release stuck energy and emotions and welcome in presence and acceptance as you flow through the Suryas. You can choose to do some of it or go the whole way. After practice take time to process the deep cleansing occurring and treat yourself to some nurturing activities - like a hot bath, a wholesome meal or a nap.

Welcome in Spring with a refreshing practice that awakens your tired winter feet, opens your heart and elongates your spine and massages your organs. Feel anew for the season ahead.

TWIST OUT THE WINTER - 35 MIN.
