Flow & Float is an event series that offers deep rest and nourishment through super slow resonance vinyasa and deeply supported restorative yoga combined with a new healing art every time.

In this event you get to receive a full acupuncture treatment for deep rest. We focus on releasing stress in the body by placing small needles to meridians in a restorative pose.
