Whether you are an advanced yogi or a complete beginner one-on-one sessions are a great way to either dig deep or start your practice. It's a wonderful and effective way to open and heal your body emotionally and/or physically as well as to build strength and connect with your body, mind and spirit.


HOW IT WORKS

In my private one-on-one sessions we work with something called the 'yoga body alignment chart'. This is an individual and personal map I draw on your mat so you can better navigate through poses without doubting whether or not you are placed correctly. The map, which consists of lines on your mat, is complete unique to you and can thus only be used by you. It helps to ensure that you are practicing safely and correctly allowing your body to open up evenly on both sides when on your own. Once acquainted with the lines we have you set up with a little home practice sequence tailored your needs. This you practice in between sessions and the sequence might vary from time to time. When we meet we then get to dive deeper into the poses whilst introducing new ones.   

 

FIRST SESSION

First session is always 15 min longer as we get you set up with the lines on the mat and an introduction to yoga. This is included in the price.  

 

BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION

We have a talk on the phone about your needs and wants. 


No previous experience is needed. I will customize the sessions to your physical and mental needs and level.
