Strengthen | Playful | Bonding


Educated from the creators of Baby Om, Laura Staton and Sarah Perron in NYC, I teach a very baby involving yoga class, which is safe for mom's postnatal body as well as a playful and bonding experience for both mom and baby. Not only is mom getting a tailored postpartum workout with lots of strengthening, flexibility and grounding exercises, baby is also developing his/hers gross motor skills whilst both are having fun together.

 
I taught these classes with both my son and daughter and they loved it. But more so I loved getting to know my baby through a very bonding physical activity
